The product is in 100% visual and functional condition.
Unboxed
The product has already been unboxed. Each unboxed item is inspected and secured before being shipped to the customer.
Unboxed products look like new, and any visual imperfections are difficult to spot at first glance.
Used / Nearly new
This refers to products that were used for a promotional event.
The product may show minor signs of use, but it is 100% functional and free from any mechanical damage.
