Notice: The motor is shipped randomly in either the right or left version (based on currently available stock). If you need the opposite variant, you can easily modify the motor yourself according to the instructions below.

How to switch the motor to right/left version

The motor can be re-polarized in two ways – choose the one that suits you best:

1. Reversing the contacts directly on the motor – On the back of the motor, there are two contacts (pins) to which the connector with wires is attached. Simply pull the connector out of the motor and reinsert it turned around, so that the red and black wires swap to the opposite contacts. This will change the direction of the motor's rotation.
2. Reversing the wires in the connector – If you do not want to remove the connector from the motor, you can instead swap the wires directly inside the plastic connector. Gently lift the contact lock from the side where the wire enters the connector with a thin pin or similar narrow object, and carefully pull the wire out. Follow the same procedure for the second wire. Then, insert both wires back, but into the opposite positions from where they were originally.

In both cases, this will result in a reversal of polarity, causing the motor to rotate in the opposite direction – thus providing you with the right or left version as needed.
