Complaint

The warranty/complaint conditions are part of the Terms and Conditions, which we recommend reading before initiating a claim.

We understand that processing a claim is an unpleasant matter, but we do everything so that both parties are satisfied. We understand frustration, because just like you, we are human and like to shop and bring joy. We ask you for mutual respect, as it’s the best way to resolve a claim in a timely and calm manner. A complaint does not always have to be an unpleasant matter.

  1. The received goods are damaged
    Upon receipt of the shipment please check its condition. If the package is damaged (crumpled, torn, soaked), immediately write a damage report or refuse acceptance of the shipment from the carrier!
    If the goods are damaged even though the packaging was intact, write the details into the complaint form, where we will advise you how to proceed further.

  2. The goods were delivered incomplete or do not correspond to the ordered type
    Please write details into the complaint form, where we will advise you how to proceed.

  3. The goods are non‑functional
    For assessment of the complaint it is necessary to send the non‑functional goods to Mamido Toys s.r.o., Hlavní 593, 735 43 or deliver it in person at the store.

Warning: Always return the goods under complaint complete with accessories. If the item consists of many parts/accessories, ask the seller which parts need to be included in the complaint.

Attach a copy of the purchase receipt and a brief description of the defect to the goods under complaint.
