At these specialized „Balíkovny“, just provide the pickup code from the SMS or email and the name of the recipient. Emphasis on speed and customer convenience. Thanks to queuing systems, you can collect the parcel in ca. 3 minutes.

Česká pošta – Parcel to Post Office
Parcels by Czech Post will be delivered to one of 2,600 post offices which you simply choose in the order.
You don’t need to be at a certain time in a certain place – you collect the parcel at the post office you selected, whenever it suits you.
Recipient is informed about pickup options via SMS or email when parcel is deposited at the post office.
